I’m not sure what is going on with the weather lately, but DANG its been HOT here in Florida. Normally we get some cooler weather in the Winter. But its been over 80 almost everyday the last 2 weeks! With that.. I’m ready to start talking about Spring Looks! Which means… DRESSES!!!! I loveee dresses. I find them to be super flattering on my body as well. I have a fupa and carry most of my weight in my belly. I’ve found empire waist dresses to be the most flattering on my body. It pulls your focus to the smallest part of my body and then the material just flows over my fupa… creating a nice hourglass shape.

I get asked about the dreaded chub rub… you thick thighed ladies all know that dreaded chub rub! Just incase you have in idea what I’m talking about… then you must be walking around with chicken legs. (LOL) But it's basically when your thighs rub together. And if that happens over a period of time… holy heck does it hurt!
I have two recommendations to prevent. The first are these shorts. They are not shapewear, but not as thick as biker shorts. I’ve walked 10 miles in them at Disney World and had no issues. They are super light weight and hold up really great.
If you absolutely are against wearing something under your dress, then I LOVE mega babe thigh relief as an option. I wear this on the beach when I’m in a swimsuit and wearing shorts aren’t an option.
